Franz Aigner (physicist)
Franz Aigner (born May 13, 1882 in St. Pölten , Lower Austria , † July 19, 1945 in Vienna ) was an Austrian physicist .
Franz Aigner studied at the University of Vienna and received his doctorate in 1907. phil. He was assistant to Gustav Jäger , from 1925 he worked as ao. Professor at the Technical University of Vienna , from 1930 as full professor. In the following years he made a particular contribution to the development of radio . He was buried at the Hernals cemetery .
