Franz Bombach
Franz Bombach (born August 30, 1857 in Berlin ; † April 22, 1922 there ) was a German landscape painter.
Bombach studied from 1877 to 1879 at the Prussian Art Academy in Berlin with Hermann Eschke and Christian Wilberg . After completing his studies, he worked as a landscape painter in Berlin. He painted atmospheric pictures from the surroundings of Berlin and the Mark Brandenburg, also visited the Harz , Thuringia and the Giant Mountains . He visited the island of Rügen in 1893 and 1898 . He exhibited his works at the Great Berlin Art Exhibition , Berlin Academy Exhibition, in the Munich Glass Palace and in Düsseldorf .
