Franz Pull

Franz Püll (born May 5, 1927 in Duisburg ; † December 24, 2019 ) was a German politician and member of the CDU state parliament .

Life and work

After attending elementary school and business school , he completed an apprenticeship in chimney sweeps . Then he worked as a chimney sweep and passed the master craftsman's examination in this profession . Since 1960 Püll was an independent district chimney sweep. He was involved in professional organizations and was u. a. Vice-President of the Düsseldorf Chamber of Crafts , Chief Master of the Chimney Sweepers Guild for the Düsseldorf administrative district and State Guild Master of the North Rhine-Westphalia chimney sweep trade.

Püll had been a member of the CDU since 1969. He was active in numerous party committees and had been honorary chairman of the CDU district SME association in Mülheim ad Ruhr since 1990.

MP

From April 28, 1980 to May 31, 1995 Püll was a member of the state parliament of North Rhine-Westphalia . He moved up in the eighth electoral term via the state list and was otherwise elected via the state list of his party.

He was a member of the city council of Mülheim an der Ruhr from 1975 to 1990.
