He put a touching epitaph for her in the Laurentiuskirche in Weinheim, which has both portrait medallions. It was transferred from the previous building in 1911 when today's church was rebuilt.

The Latin epitaph is translated as follows:

Epitaph of his wife, Weinheim, parish church St. Laurentius

They had nine children, including their daughter Augusta Elisabeth (* 1719), a Benedictine in the Oberwerth monastery . One of the sons was Johann Wilhelm Franz Ulner von Dieburg (1715–1771), who also served in the Electoral Palatinate. His daughter Elisabeth Auguste (1751–1816) married Wolfgang Heribert von Dalberg , Minister and Director of the National Theater in Mannheim. From this connection u. a. the diplomat Emmerich Joseph von Dalberg (1773-1833) emerged.
