Franz von Münch-Bellinghausen

Franz Theodor Freiherr von Münch-Bellinghausen (born February 25, 1787 in Koblenz ; died June 24, 1863 in Cologne ) was Prussian Chamberlain and Privy Councilor in Cologne, and in 1820/1821 he was district administrator of the Mülheim am Rhein district .

origin

Franz von Münch-Bellinghausen stems from his time in Austria , Moravia resident and am Rhein noble family Münch von Bellingshausen , which in 1745 the Empire baron gained. The addition of Bellinghausen comes from the Westphalian family Bellinghausen, who are related on the maternal side.

He headed the middle baronial line. His parents were Johann Joachim Georg Freiherr Münch von Bellinghausen (* April 21, 1745, † April 10, 1811) and Johanna Alide Walburga, née von Kempis. He was Catholic and remained unmarried.

Life

He studied law and was 1818 Regierungsassessor later Governing Council , most recently with the character as a Privy Councilor in Cologne. From February 1, 1820 to January 4, 1821 he was in charge of the administration of the district office of the Mülheim am Rhein district.

In 1847 he was finally appointed chamberlain by Friedrich Wilhelm IV . He died on duty.
