The men's 110-meter hurdles at the 1946 European Athletics Championships was held on August 24 and 25, 1946 in the Bislett Stadium in the Norwegian capital, Oslo .

It won the European record holder and vice European champion from 1938 Håkan Lidman from Sweden. Second place went to the Belgian Pol Braekman . Bronze went to the Finn Väinö Suvivuo .
