Hugo Carl Forst

Hugo Carl Eduard Forst (born on July 26, 1834 in Cologne ; died on January 12, 1887 in Koblenz ) was a Prussian administrative officer and deputy district administrator in the districts of Mülheim am Rhein and Cologne .

Life

The Catholic Hugo Carl Forst was the son of the Cologne attorney Franz Carl Eduard Forst and his wife Maria Theresia Carolina Sandt. After studying law at the universities of Bonn and Heidelberg , he continued his legal training from 1855, initially as an auscultator at the Cologne Regional Court , before he was appointed court trainee after passing the second state examination in 1857 . After moving as a government trainee to the Prussian administrative service and working for the Royal Prussian Government in Cologne, he also passed the third examination in 1861 with subsequent appointment as a government assessor . During his service with the government in Cologne, he was twice entrusted with the administration of an associated circle. For the first time from April 14, 1862 to June 22, 1863 in the succession of Oskar Danzier , the district administrator of the Mülheim am Rhein district and most recently from August 3, 1867 to May 29, 1868 after the death of the district administrator of the Cologne district, Hermann Joseph Simons . Forest moved to as Regierungsassessor 1869 to the Government Magdeburg and 1870 to the government of Trier , where he in 1872 and was appointed Governing Council was given. In this function he came to the Koblenz government in 1872 , where he died in service.
