Franz Alfred Leo Hubert Graf von Nesselrode-Ehreshoven (born October 3, 1855 in Cologne ; died January 31, 1910 in Bad Honnef ) was a Prussian district administrator .

Life

Franz von Nesselrode-Ehreshoven came from the Bergisch noble family von Nesselrode . He was the son of the manor owner Maximilian Graf von Nesselrode-Ehreshoven , chief steward of the Empress Augusta and from 1856 to 1863 district administrator of the Wipperfürth district , and his wife, Melanie Countess von Nesselrode-Ehreshoven, née Countess von Hatzfeld from the Wildenburg family. On December 10, 1901, Franz von Nesselrode-Ehreshoven married Maria-Rita Sophia Franziska von Weise (born September 30, 1865 in Berlin; died November 15, 1931 in Honnef), the daughter of the Prussian major Jakob von Weise and his wife Luise von Weise, née Livonius.

After Franz von Nesselrode-Ehreshoven had been given home tuition, he entered the Rhenish Knight Academy in Bedburg in autumn 1871 , from which he graduated in July 1875 when he obtained his school- leaving certificate . He then began studying law at the Universities of Bonn , Strasbourg and Göttingen .

His marriage to Maria-Rita von Weise had two children, the son Franz Bertram Otto Melanie Valentin Maria Graf von Nesselrode (born April 30, 1903 in Honnef) and his sister Maria Luise Agatha Countess von Nesselrode (born July 31, 1905 in Honnef).
