FreaQshow

The FreaQshow (officially: Freaqshow - The Twisted New Year's Celebration ) was a New Year's event held annually from 2012 to 2017 by the Dutch music company Q-Dance . The event is the successor to the Qountdown and took place every year on December 31st in the Ziggo Dome in Amsterdam . After the last edition in 2017, a new project was announced for 2018, which was confirmed by Q-Dance on September 29, 2018 under the name WOW WOW. Hardstyle and Hardcore were launched at the event .

history

After New Year's Eve 2011/12 Qountdown held for the last time, they called in the following year the Freaqshow to life. While the dress code at the Qountdown was rather gallant, Q-Dance commented on the question about the dress code for the freak show as follows:

“It's time to bring out your inner freaq! On December 31st we want to see your craziest and most unique outfit. It can never be too freaky enough, so don't hold back! While the dress code isn't required, we strongly encourage it, as it will only add to the fun. "

For this reason, the costumes of some visitors are reminiscent of Halloween disguises.
