Fred Immler
Fred Immler (born December 10, 1880 in Coburg ; † February 20, 1965 there ; born Ferdinand Immler ) was a German actor .
Life
He worked at Deutsche Bank in Berlin from 1900 to 1902 and at Dresdner Bank from 1902 to 1904 . In 1905 he trained as an actor in Coburg and performed at the court theater there from 1906 to 1908 .
From 1908 to 1909 he worked at the Residenztheater in Hanover , in 1909 at the Summer Theater in Posen and in 1909/10 at the Court Theater in Gera . In 1910 he played at the Liebich Theater and the Victoria Theater in Breslau .
Then Immler became a film actor and stood in front of the camera several times from 1912 to 1914 at the side of Asta Nielsen . From 1916 to 1918 he did military service. He returned to film in 1919, but only got supporting roles. In 1935 he ended his acting career and looked after other actors as a scheduler for a production company until 1945. After the Second World War he lived in Coburg again.
