Frederik Jörg

Frederik Lothar Jörg (born August 11, 1992 in Saarbrücken ) is a German basketball player. It is 2.15 meters tall and is used in the indoor position. In the 2011/12 season he made his Bundesliga debut wearing the EWE Baskets Oldenburg jersey . Most recently he played for the team at St. Martin's University in Washington state .

career

Jörg played for the NVV Lions Mönchengladbach and SC Bayer 05 Uerdingen . In Uerdingen he played under coach Mladen Drijenčić . In 2010 both switched to Oldenburg TB . Jörg played for Lower Saxony in the U19 Bundesliga NBBL and in the 1st regional league. In addition, he was in the squad of the first division club EWE Baskets Oldenburg and played a Bundesliga game in the 2011/12 season.

In the summer of 2012 he moved to Eastern Washington University ( NCAA Division 1). By 2015 he made 31 appearances for EMU as a supplementary player. In 2015 he went to St. Martin's University and became a top performer on the college team in the second division of the NCAA. In his university graduation season 2016/17 Jörg scored an average of 8.5 points and 5.7 rebounds per encounter in 29 missions.
