Friedrich Möllering

Friedrich Möllering (born February 19, 1913 in Obermehnen ; † December 21, 1996 in Salzbergen ) was a German author of Low German and High German books and a customs officer. He also called himself Frittken vanne Hermannshöhe .

Life

Möllering was born on February 19, 1913 in Obermehnen . His father was a farmer. Friedrich Möllering attended secondary school in Lübbecke from 1926 and trained at the Federal Customs Administration in Kiel from 1935 to 1937. As an unscheduled customs inspector and later a customs officer, he worked from 1937 until his retirement in 1974 in the cities of Kiel , Hamburg , Borken , Bielefeld , Dortmund , Herford , Bünde , Paderborn and again Bielefeld. He then lived in Enger and died on December 21, 1996 in Salzbergen .

Prices

In 1986 Möllering received the City of Enger's Culture Prize and in 1987 the Federal Cross of Merit / Cross of Merit on Ribbon.
