Friedrich Marcinowski

Friedrich Marcinowski (born November 11, 1834 in Lyck , East Prussia , † April 22, 1899 in Berlin ) was a German lawyer in the financial administration of the Kingdom of Prussia.

Life

Marcinowski studied law at the Albertus University in Königsberg . In 1852 he became a member of the Corps Baltia Königsberg , founded in 1851 . After the exam and the auscultation training he was at the district court of the Friedland district in Schippenbeil . He moved from the judicial service in the internal administration and was General Counsel and Executive Council in the government in Königsberg . As a lecturer in the Prussian Ministry of Finance, he was given the character of Geh on September 22, 1882 . Finance Council . Most recently he was the head of the General Lottery Directorate.

When he died at the age of 65, he was buried in the Old St. Matthew Cemetery in Berlin . Among the corps brothers present were Eugen Hahn and Otto von Oehlschläger , who gave the funeral oration. The monument erected by friends on his grave was unveiled on November 12, 1899 and has been forgotten.
