Friedrich Vissering

Friedrich Bodewin Vissering (born August 3, 1826 in Osteel , † December 27, 1885 in Wilhelminenhof ) was a farmer and member of the German Reichstag .

Life

Vissering attended the Ulrichsgymnasium in Norden and the polytechnic academy in Hanover . He traveled extensively and farmed on his Wilhelminenhof estate near Dornum . He was also president of the main agricultural association for the Principality of East Friesland, honorary member of the Agricultural Society in Oldenburg and Hanover. He was also director of the poor, community chairman and registrar.

From 1884 until his death he was a member of the German Reichstag for the constituency of the Province of Hanover 2 ( Aurich , Wittmund , Leer ) and the National Liberal Party .

Vissering married the baroness Johanne Henriette Georgette von Blonay-Mountfacon in 1851. He had six children with her. His daughter Appolonia married Carl Keitel, their son and Vissering's grandson was Wilhelm Keitel .
