Froideville is a town and commune Déléguée in the French commune Vincent-froideville with 64 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the Jura department in the region of Bourgogne Franche-Comté .

The municipality of Froideville was merged with the municipality of Vincent to form Commune nouvelle Vincent-Froideville with effect from January 1, 2016 . It belonged to the arrondissement of Lons-le-Saunier and the canton of Bletterans .

The neighboring towns are Bois-de-Gand in the northeast, Recanoz in the east, Lombard in the southeast, Vincent in the south, Commenailles in the west and La Chaux-en-Bresse in the northwest. To the southeast of Froideville is a small lake called Étang de la Bru .
