Froilán Tiberio Casas Ortiz (born May 21, 1948 in Chiquinquirá ) is a Colombian priest and Bishop of Neiva .
Life
Froilán Tiberio Casas Ortiz was ordained a priest on December 9, 1972 .
Pope Benedict XVI appointed him Bishop of Neiva on February 4, 2012, and he was instituted on April 21 of the same year. He was ordained bishop by the Apostolic Nuncio in Colombia , Aldo Cavalli , on March 24 of the same year; Co- consecrators were Luis Augusto Castro Quiroga IMC , Archbishop of Tunja , and Edgar de Jesús García Gil , Bishop of Palmira .
