Fromagerie de l'Ermitage - Union Laitière Vitteloise is a French agricultural cooperative (Société Coopérative Agricole) specializing in cheese production and headquartered in the commune of Bulgnéville in the Neufchâteau district of the Vosges department in eastern France .

Founded in 1931 by 211 members, the cooperative now has around 1000 members. The Ermitage Group's eleven production sites are located in Bulgnéville , Rochesson , Santoche near Clerval , Vercel , Lavernay , Les Fournets , Guyans-Durnes , Doubs , Les Fourgs , Port-Lesney and Poligny . Each year they process a total of 450 million liters of milk from the Franche-Comté and Vosges regions into 55,000 tons of cheese of various types. A large part of it (40%) is marketed under the retailer's own brands, 18% is AOC cheese. In the 2013 financial year, a turnover of 348 million euros was achieved with 922 employees.

For reasons of diversification , the construction of a spray drying plant for the production of whey powder was started in 2014 , which the newly founded subsidiary Lactovosges will mainly export to China. The new line of business will start operations in 2016.
