history

Fromhausen was first mentioned in writing in 1339 as Vromenhusen. On January 1, 1970 Fromhausen was incorporated into the new municipality of Bad Meinberg-Horn according to the Detmold Act . This was renamed Horn-Bad Meinberg on September 10, 1970 .
