Bell Mountain is a district of the city of Horn-Bad Meinberg in Lippe , North Rhine-Westphalia . The area was settled early on, as can be seen from the barrows on the nearby mountains. In 1949 the open-air theater Bellenberg was founded.

history

On April 1, 1921, the community Bellenberg-Vahlhausen was dissolved and divided between the new communities Bellenberg and Vahlhausen bei Horn . Both belonged to the Horn office. On January 1, 1970, Bellenberg was incorporated into the new municipality of Bad Meinberg-Horn . This was renamed Horn-Bad Meinberg on September 10, 1970 . In 1973 the Detmold and Lemgo districts were dissolved under the Bielefeld Act and merged into the new Lippe district.
