Furulund train station

Furulund is a locality ( tätort ) in the southern Swedish province County Skåne and the historical province Scania . The place is in the municipality of Kävlinge , about one kilometer southwest of the main town of the same name, Kävlinge .

Furulund lies on the Kävlingeån River , which flows from Vombsjön into Lomma Bay . The location is on the route of the Malmö-Billesholms Järnväg railway line, which was inaugurated in 1886 and electrified in 1934 .
