Fynn Malte Schröder (born February 12, 1997 in Bremen ) is a German handball player who was under contract with THW Kiel .

Career

Schröder played in his youth at Hastedter TSV before he moved to THW Kiel in 2013 , for which he played in the A-Jugend-Bundesliga . From 2016 to 2018, the 1.86 meter tall goalkeeper stood between the posts at third division club TSV Altenholz . After spending a semester abroad in Finland as part of his socio-economic studies , on his return he rejoined the THW Kiel, for which he was the second team in the handball league Hamburg - Schleswig-Holstein and as the third goalkeeper of the first team in the Handball Bundesliga played. On December 19, 2019, he made his debut in the handball Bundesliga in a 36:26 home win over HBW Balingen-Weilstetten in the Kiel Sparkassen-Arena . In 2020 he won the German championship with Kiel. He then moved to the upper division TSV Kronshagen .
