Görbeháza is a municipality in the Polgár small area in eastern Hungary . The M3 ( E79 ) motorway runs through the municipality, from which the M35 motorway branches off to Debrecen , which is also followed by the E79. The main road 35 crosses the place.

history
Görbeháza is not yet recorded in the recording sheets of the Josephinische Landesaufnahme (1869 to 1887). A census in 1910 showed 165 inhabitants, agricultural policy measures let the population grow to 1638 inhabitants by 1945.
