Günter Cornett

Günter Cornett (* 1960 in Flensburg ) is a German game designer and operator of Bambus Spieleverlag .

Life

Günter Cornett completed training as a professional driver and multimedia designer. He is currently a freelance webmaster and writer of board games. He has been running Bambus Spieleverlag since 1995, first in twos with Gerhard Schech, from 2000 together with Volker Schäfer (author of the game So ein Zirkus ) and since 2005 alone. From 2000, Cornett and Michael Schacht managed the web platform for new game authors at the game authors' guild for several years .

When it comes to game development, he particularly likes topological approaches and tries to implement them according to the topic. For example, “Nanuuk” is also a harmonious implementation of the Inuit world .

Cornett has lived in his adopted home Berlin since 1981.
