The Gauliga Baden 1935/36 was the third season of the Gauliga Baden in football . For a long time 1. FC Pforzheim had topped the table, but two defeats in Mannheim in the second half of the season prevented the club's first Gaume Championship. The Gauliga season started on September 1, 1935 and ended on June 11, 1936. For the second time after 1934, SV Waldhof Mannheim secured the Gauliga championship . FC Pforzheim (triple goalscorer: Otto Siffling ) initiated the turnaround and qualified for the final round of the German championship . Relegated Amicitia Viernheim as well as last year's runner-up, Phönix Karlsruhe .
