The General Command 67 was a large unit of the army of the German Empire during the First World War .

The General Command 67 was a General Command z. b. V. ( General Command for Special Use ). These emerged from 1916 and were purely command posts; the military units were assigned to him as required.

history

In mid-September 1917, the Scheffer Army Division was dissolved , and the staff was used to form AOK 14 . In the latter section the newly established General Command now led z. b. V. No. 67, which in turn comes from the staff of the XVII. Reserve Corps emerged and was subordinated to the 10th Army . Lieutenant General Reinhard von Scheffer-Boyadel was appointed commander of the General Command on September 17, 1917. b. V. No. 67, which was subsequently named "Section Lida " and existed until the end of the war.
