Georg Grübel

Georg Grübel , also Johann Georg Grübel (born February 27, 1647 in Kahla (Thuringia) ; † 1698 , divergent 1699 ) was Leibmedicus at the court of Dresden and a member of the academy of scholars " Leopoldina ".

Life

Georg Grübel was born as the son of Johann Grübel in Kahla. He studied medicine in Jena and became a lecturer. He was physicus in Neustadt an der Orla , ducal zeitzischer personal physician and finally personal physician at the court of Dresden . On November 27, 1678 Georg Grübel married the daughter of General Superintendent Johann Christfried Sagittarius in Altenburg, Susanna Maria Grübel.

On April 4, 1690 Georg Grübel with the nickname VARRO I was accepted as a member ( registration number 174 ) in the Leopoldina .
