George Eads (born March 1, 1967 in Fort Worth , Texas ; actually George Coleman Eads III ) is an American actor .

Life

Eads graduated from Belton High School in 1985 and graduated from Texas Tech University in 1990. Eads is still a member of the Phi Delta Theta's Texas Epsilon Chapter . Before his breakthrough as an actor, he worked at times as a copy machine representative and as a cleaner in fitness studios. Eads is now a co-owner of an entertainment chain in Hollywood that connects restaurants and cinemas. He himself moved to Santa Monica after the California wildfires in 2003 .

His best-known role is that of investigator Nick Stokes in the crime series CSI: On the trail of the perpetrators , in which he has been seen since the first season. At the end of the 15th season Eads got out of the series after episode 335 and did not appear in the last two episodes.

Besides Eads starred in several episodes of the series Emergency Room - The emergency room , in a TV film the stuntman Evel Knievel and the movie Exit Wounds - The Copjäger with, and is in the comedy Just a Walk in the Park together with (2002) Jane Krakowski to see. From 2016 to 2019 he played the role of Jack Dalton in the new edition of MacGyver .

His German dubbing voice is David Nathan .
