Georgiana Iuliana Aniței (born March 26, 1999 in Bacau ) is a Romanian triple jumper who occasionally competes in the long jump .

Athletic career

Georgiana Iuliana Aniței gained her first international experience at the 2015 World Youth Championships in Cali , where she won the gold medal in the triple jump with a distance of 13.49 m and finished ninth in the long jump with 6.04 m. Then she won the European Youth Olympic Festival in Tbilisi with 13.50 m and retired with the Romanian 4 x 100 meter relay with 48.13 s in the lead. The following year she won the first European Youth Championships there with a width of 13.19 m in the triple jump and was tenth in the long jump with 5.62 m. She then took part in the triple jump at the U20 World Championships in Bydgoszcz and won the bronze medal there with 13.49 m. Two years later she finished sixth at the 2018 U20 World Athletics Championships in Tampere with 13.46 m and in 2019 she was fifth at the U23 European Championships in Gävle with 13.55 m.
