Gerda Gratzer

Gerda Gratzer (* 1963 in Döbriach , Carinthia ) is an Austrian actress and theater director . She also works as a systemic coach and trainer.

Life

education

Gratzer first completed a degree in musicology and ethnology at the Karl-Franzens University Graz and the Paris Lodron University Salzburg , then devoted himself to artistic studies in choral conducting and organ in Salzburg . She also did an acting training, which she finished with the state drama examination before the Joint Commission, Vienna. Gratzer also completed the university diploma course "Cultural Management" ( University of Linz ).

Theater works

She did professional theater work with the Lithuanian director Arturas Valudskis . Gratzer was involved in the founding of the Panoptikum theater and the realization of 18 productions as a project manager and actress. Since the theater was founded, Gratzer has appeared in all productions of the Panoptikum theater since 1994. With Valudskis, she partly worked on the translations of the plays, for example in 2010 for the anniversary production Everyone only in his world for the 15th anniversary of the theater. She was also an actress in the theater ensembles Theater FOCUSS (since 2004), Taka-Tuka Theater for Children, Theater Ecce, Theater Transit. She was also a co-founder of the FOCUSS Theater in Salzburg.

In November / December 2005 she played the roles of Pulcheria Raskolnikowa and Aljona Iwanowna at the Salzburg Theater ecce in a stage version of Guilt and Atonement , a production in which actors from five different countries appeared together. The performance was discussed by the Austrian broadcasting company , the Salzburger Nachrichten , the Salzburger Volkszeitung and the Oberösterreichische Nachrichten , among others . In 2007 she gave a guest performance with the Panoptikum Theater at the Neue Bühne Villach in the two-person play Die Wand . In 2009 she played at the Theater Panoptikum in a production by Arturas Valudskis in the stage version of the story Das Fluchtige Zimmer by Gert Jonke at the Kleiner Theater in Salzburg. In 2009 she was responsible for the play Spielwiese at the FOCUSS theater and for the direction and development of the play, two in the square of the Catalan car Sergi Belbel . In 2010 she gave a guest performance with the Transit Theater with the play Zwischenrückatmen in the Kleiner Theater in Salzburg.

Cultural management

Gratzer worked in the management of the Salzburg music animation exhibition “Unterwegs zu Mozart” (1991), the Salzburg state youth music competition “ Prima la musica ” (1995–1997) and was the artistic director of the Millstatt International Music Weeks (1997–2001) . From 1995 to 2013 she was the project manager of the Panoptikum theater. Since 2014 she has been the project manager of the Theater der free elements (Salzburg).

She continued to manage the regional youth music competition “ Prima la musica ” Salzburg (1995–1997) and the management of the music animation “Unterwegs zu Mozart” in the context of the Salzburg regional exhibition “Mozart - Pictures and Sounds” (1991).

In 2006, in an open letter from the umbrella association of Salzburg cultural sites, she campaigned for the preservation and financial support of the small theater in Salzburg together with other “well-known personalities from the Salzburg theater scene”.

Systemic coaching

In 2013 Gratzer completed the four-year training as a systemic consultant (systemic structure constellation work) with Matthias Varga von Kibéd and Insa Sparrer (SySt Institute, Munich). She works as an individual and team coach.

Private

Gerda Gratzer lives with her husband Wolfgang Gratzer in Hallein near Salzburg and is the mother of three children.
