Gerhard Holz (born April 13, 1903 in Cottbus ; † March 27, 1988 ) was a German politician, member of the NSDAP and member of the state parliament ( CDU ).

Life and work

After attending school and graduating from high school , he first studied economics , then mining science in Berlin . During his studies he became a member of the Primislavia Berlin fraternity in 1923 . After graduating as a qualified mining engineer , he worked for various mining companies in Westphalia and Upper Silesia.

From January 26, 1959 to July 20, 1962, Holz was a member of the state parliament of North Rhine-Westphalia . He moved up for Ernst Budde on his party's reserve list.

From 1956 to 1961 he was a member of the city ​​council of Gelsenkirchen . From 1957 to 1961 he was a member of the landscape assembly of the regional association Westphalia-Lippe .

Holz was an old fighter of the NSDAP, joined in 1932. In front of the Spruchkammer, however, he stated May 1933.
