Gerhard Klimeck (born March 15, 1966 in Essen ) is a German-American scientist, university professor, specialist book author in the field of molecular nanotechnology and electrical engineering.

After graduating from the Carl-Humann-Gymnasium in Essen, he began studying at the Ruhr University Bochum (RUB) in 1985 .
