Gerry Hungbauer (born January 27, 1961 in Munich ) is a German theater and television actor .

After graduating from high school, Gerry Hungbauer studied acting in Munich from 1983 to 1986. After that he played for a long time in well-known theaters, but at the same time was seen in many television roles. He was best known for the role of Martin Freiherr von Beyenbach in the daily soap Verbotene Liebe , which he played for two years. Since 2006 he can be seen in the telenovela Rote Rosen , in which he plays the role of Thomas Jansen . In 2007, 2011 and 2014 Hungbauer took short breaks. He has been an integral part of the series again since 2014.
