Surroundings

The striking summit is located on the municipal boundary between Wolfsberg in the east and Klein Sankt Paul in the west.

The Ladinger Spitz , the highest peak of the Saualpe, is around 30 minutes' walk south . To the north, in a cauldron, is the Iron Cross , which Archduke Franz Ferdinand and his wife Sophie built in 1906 at an altitude of 1958  m above sea level. A. has been established. Ascent

The summit can be reached in an easy hike . The summit can be climbed from the north or south via hiking trail no. 08A. From the Ladinger Alm ( 1738  m above sea level ), which can be easily reached by car from Wolfsberg, a hiking trail leads to the summit. On the other side is the Weißberger Hütte ( 1607  m above sea level ), from which the summit can be reached via a hiking trail. In winter, the mountain is a destination for ski mountaineers .
