Gianfranco D'Angelo
Gianfranco D'Angelo (born August 19, 1936 in Rome ) is an Italian comedian and actor .
Life
After trying different professions, D'Angelo worked for several years as an employee of the telephone company SIP. He made his theatrical debut in 1963 at the “Teatro delle Arti” in the play “I Teleselettivi” and soon moved to the Teatro Cordino, where he was cast by Maurizio Costanzo . Subsequently he developed in cabarets such as "Puff" and "Bagaglino" his typical figures - overworked accountant, pedantic teacher, duplicitous politicians - with whom he in which he 1975-1983 years alongside Alvaro Vitali , Lino Banfi and Renzo Montagnani with performances was one of the most cast male batches in numerous films of the Italian Commedia sexy all'italiana .
He was first seen on television in 1971; the RAI signed him for “Sottovoce ma non troppo”. Later followed u. a. a cooking show, participation in the Italian version of Das Supertalent and in 2017 a theater tour with “Quattro donne e una canaglia” alongside Corinne Cléry , Barbara Bouchet and Marisa Laurito .
In 1978 and 1979 he was one of the commentators on the Giro d'Italia .
D'Angelo won a Telegatto four times and in 2001 a "Delfino d'oro" for his life's work.

D'Angelo is married and has two daughters.
