Pillmannsricht is a district of the Hohenfels market in the Neumarkt district in Upper Palatinate in Bavaria .

Geographical location

The wasteland lies in the Upper Palatinate Jura of the southern Franconian Jura approx. 2.5 km southwest of Hohenfels at approx. 468 m above sea ​​level . The nearby elevations all around rise up to 564 m above sea level. NHN.

Pillmannsricht can be reached via a communal road that branches off east of the village from the NM 33 district road and continues via Pillmannsrricht to the Hohenfels district of Loch and ends there. history

In Christoph Vogel's map series from 1600, the wasteland is recorded as "Rieth, raitenbuchisch", that is, belonging to the Hofmark Raitenbuch . The Hofmark was subordinated to the Hohenfels care office in the Electoral Palatinate . Towards the end of the Old Kingdom , around 1800, Pillmannsricht consisted of just one courtyard in the Hohenfels Office, the size of a five-eighth courtyard.

In the Kingdom of Bavaria , the Raitenbuch tax district was formed from twelve places in the Parsberg district court (later Parsberg district ) ; the wasteland "Richt" also belonged to it. With the second Bavarian Gemeindeedikt of 1818 which was Rural Municipality United Bissendorf formed with ten locations, including the nunmehrige wasteland "Pillmannsricht". This community with the last nine places was incorporated into Hohenfels on May 1, 1978. Since then, Pillmannsricht has been an officially named district of Hohenfels.

Church and school conditions

In the 17th century Pillmannsricht belonged to the Pfraunfeld parish, in the 19th and 20th centuries. Century like all districts of Großbissendorf to the district of the Catholic parish Hohenfels in the diocese of Regensburg . The children went to Hohenfels in the 19th century and around 1900, and to the Catholic school in Raitenbuch around 1925/1960.
