Stallhof is an officially named district of Hohenfels in the Neumarkt district in Upper Palatinate in Bavaria .

Geographical location

The desert is in the Upper Palatinate Jura of the Franconian Alb approx. 444 m above sea ​​level and approx. 500 m west of the core area of ​​Hohenfels.

history

The wasteland is first mentioned as "Stalhoven" in 1290, when the widow Kunigunde of Konrad IV von Hohenfels received, among other things, the tithing of the wasteland for usufruct until she died. In Salburch the reign of Hohenfels 1400/10 and in other arable this rule "Stollhofen" is listed as a single farm. In Christoph Vogel's map series from 1600, the desert appears as “Sterlhof”. Towards the end of the Old Kingdom , around 1800, the wasteland consisted of a three-quarter courtyard belonging to the subject Wittl.

In the Kingdom of Bavaria were from 1810 tax districts formed; Stallhof was one of eight places in the Hohenfels tax district. With the second Bavarian Gemeindeedikt of 1818 which was Rural Municipality United Bissendorf composed of ten places, including the wasteland stable yard. This community was incorporated into the Hohenfels market on May 1, 1978 after a few consolidations and incorporations; since then Stallhof has been an officially named district of Hohenfels.
