Gisela Wild

Gisela Wild (born September 18, 1932 in Bad Warmbrunn , Lower Silesia Province ) is a German lawyer and politician for the FDP .

Life

Gisela Wild grew up in Lower Silesia and lived in Constance from 1946 after the expulsion . In 1952 she began studying law at the Albert Ludwig University of Freiburg . In 1960 she became a king with her work “ Leopold August Warnkönig . 1794-1866. A law teacher between natural law and historical school and a mediator of the German spirit in Western Europe ”is doing his doctorate. Wild became an employee of the law firm "Droste Pietzcker Sprick" and joined the law firm "Berenberg-Gossler & Partner - founded 1873", today Taylor Wessing , as the first partner in 1970 , where she expanded the areas of intellectual property and copyright law.

Between 1969 and 1972 she represented the men's magazine St. Pauli-Nachrichten and the gay magazine him . She is also involved in copyright and data protection law .

Wild had been recruited by the then party leader Robert Vogel as a lateral entrant to the top candidate of the FDP in the state elections in Hamburg in 1993 , but the FDP came under the 5% clause in the election .

Since 2005 she has been a "permanent representative" member of the Hamburg Constitutional Court .

Wild received various awards, such as the Federal Cross of Merit in 1996 , the FDP's “Citizens 'Prize Libertas” in 2007 and the “Maria Otto Prize” of the German Lawyers' Association named after Maria Otto in 2010 .

Wild was married to the journalist Dieter Wild and has a son, Yves Wild, who has a doctorate in engineering .
