The Gmina Cisna is a rural community in the Powiat Leski of the Subcarpathian Voivodeship in Poland . Its seat is the village of the same name with around 450 inhabitants.

The rural community (gmina wiejska) Cisna includes the following six villages with a school administration (sołectwo) :
Cisna, Kalnica, Przysłup, Smerek , Strzebowiska and Wetlina.
