The Golfo Paradiso (Italian for "Paradise Golf") is a larger bay in the metropolitan city of Genoa .
The gulf stretches between the regional capital Genoa and the Cape of Portofino . The region of the same name borders the Fontanabuona valley in the north ; There are seven municipalities on the territory, five of which are located directly on the sea ( Bogliasco , Pieve Ligure , Sori , Recco and Camogli ) and two without direct access to the sea ( Avegno and Uscio ).
