1988 Golf Cup
The ninth edition of the golf cup took place from March 2nd to 18th, 1988 in the Saudi Arabian capital Riyadh . The Iraq won his third from the previous three titles.

The seven teams all competed against each other, the team with the most points won the tournament, should there be a tie between two teams after six match days, a play-off had to determine the winner. Direct comparison and goal difference did not apply.
