The sixth edition of the Golf Cup took place from March 19 to April 4, 1982 in the United Arab Emirates . The winner was Kuwait . Overall, it was the fifth title for Kuwait.

After the United Arab Emirates had given up the tournament in 1979 for financial reasons, the tournament took place there in 1982.
