The building registered as a residential building in the Quedlinburg monument register is located north of the old town of Quedlinburg on the east side of the street Gröpern . Gröpern 30 , which is also listed, adjoins to the south .
Architecture and history
The massive building was built in 1908. The design took place in Art Nouveau , whereby forms of historicism were used. The appearance of the house is characterized by a gable above the south side and a small bay window attached in front of the first floor .
