The fyr Grasøyane is a beacon in the West Norwegian municipality of Ulstein in Fylke Møre og Romsdal .
The beacon stands on the highest point of the small island Grasøy between the islands Runde in the southeast and Godøy in the northwest. Grasøyane fyr marks the entrance to the Storfjord , the end of which flows into the famous Geirangerfjord .

The complex consists of the old wooden beacon building with a corner tower from 1886 and the new, cast iron tower from 1950. The wooden tower was damaged in an air raid in 1945. The new lighthouse is the last cast iron tower to be built in Norway. In addition to the lighthouse, the beacon station also consists of an engine house, farm building and a boathouse with a mooring.

The complex is a listed building, and the islands of Grasøyane are part of the Runde nature reserve and are protected.
