Gratas Sirgėdas (born December 17, 1994 in Panevėžys ) is a Lithuanian football player .

Career

society

Sirgėdas played for the Nacionalinė Futbolo Akademija when he was young. For the selection of the NFA he scored five goals in the 1 Lyga . On August 20, 2013, Gratas Sirgėdas signed a contract dated until the end of June 2016 with the second team at VfB Stuttgart . On October 4, 2013 Gratas Sirgėdas was substituted on in the game against Holstein Kiel in the 87th minute and made his debut in the third division.

For the 2015/16 season , Sirgėdas moved to the Stuttgarter Kickers .

After relegating to the regional league with Kickers, he left the club in the summer of 2016.

In December 2018 he signed a one-year contract with the Lithuanian master "Sūduva" .

January 16, 2020 it was reported that Gratas was playing in Kauno Žalgiris .

National team

At the U-19 European Championship 2013 Sirgėdas was together with Anass Achahbar and Alexandre Guedes top scorer. The then national coach Csaba László nominated Gratas Sirgėdas in September 2013 for an A international match between Lithuania and Liechtenstein in qualifying for the 2014 World Cup . In this game Sirgėdas made his A-international debut when he came on for Deivydas Matulevičius in added time. He was used again in the two final games of this World Cup qualifying round against Latvia and Bosnia and Herzegovina in October 2013 by the new Lithuanian national coach Igoris Pankratjevas .
