The GREBE Holding Germany GmbH is the holding company of several companies in the paint and coatings industry.
history
The holding has its origins in the Weilburger Lackfabrik in Weilburg , which was founded in 1910 and which was taken over by Jakob Grebe in 1936. In 1970 a new production facility was built in Gerhardshofen . In 1978 there was also the Stauber paint factory in Gerhardshofen, which has operated as WEILBURGER Graphics GmbH since 2000 . In 1983, SCHRAMM LACKE GmbH from Offenbach, founded in 1810, was taken over and sold again in 2007. At the end of 2008, the name and legal form changed from GREBE Holding AG to GREBE Holding Deutschland GmbH .
