The Grenzbach is a left tributary of the Darmühlenbach in Rödinghausen - Bieren .
It rises near the Bieren church and flows just 1.2 km southwest of it, near Gut Böckel , into the Darmühlenbach (Darmühlenbach kilometers 6.4). At the mouth there is a sewage treatment plant that directs the treated wastewater into the stream. The Grenzbach got its name from its function as a border between the formerly independent communities of Bieren and Bünde - Muckum .
