After the women from Saint-Brieuc joined the neighboring En Avant Guingamp in the summer of 2011 , the 1.72 m tall Griedge Mbock Bathy was also one of the regulars there. She was unable to win a national club title with the two Breton teams; However, she was personally recognized as the best young player of the D1 season 2012/13 because the central defender has maturity, concentration and great tackle strength despite her young age and can also be used on the flanks or in defensive midfield.

For Saint-Brieuc and Guingamp she has played 86 first division games and scored nine goals. As a result, the undisputable regular player at the side of Wendie Renard in Lyon's central defense, she tore her left Achilles tendon in the summer of 2020 during the preparation for the season . This cost them not only the participation in the victory in the French club cup final, but also in the finals of the Champions League ; In addition, her association is assuming a convalescence period of around five months .

Since 2012, she has also been a regular player for the U-19s in France in ten games with three goals, with whom she - meanwhile also the captain  - became the 2013 European champion . However, she was missing in the final due to a dismissal in the semi-final victory over her German contemporaries. In autumn 2013, Philippe Bergeroo appointed the defender for the first time to the squad of the French women's national team .
