Griet von Petersdorff

Griet von Petersdorff-Campen (born July 19, 1962 in Hildesheim , Germany ) is a German television journalist .

Life

Griet Peter Dorff grew up in the south of Lower Saxony and studied after high school at the universities of Mainz , Göttingen and Paris , among other Protestant Theology , Romance , Political Science and History . She gained her first journalistic experience in 1988 at the SWF . As a reporter, she first appeared in front of the camera in 1993 for the RBB as part of the Brandenburg Aktuell program . From 1997 on she also worked for ARD as a reporter for the Tagesschau and Tagesthemen .

From 2004 Griet von Petersdorff regularly represented the respective foreign correspondents of ARD in Warsaw . From September 1, 2014 to September 1, 2017, she was Ulrich Adrian's successor as head of the ARD's foreign studio in Warsaw and its foreign correspondent for Poland . In this capacity, she moderated the Warsaw Notes program once a month . In 2017 she was replaced by WDR journalist Olaf Bock, and since then she has been working again in the ARD Aktuell editorial team at RBB.
