The Grillabach is a flowing body of water in the urban areas of Freyung and Waldkirchen in the Lower Bavarian district of Freyung-Grafenau .

The Grillabach rises at 624  m above sea level. NHN on the south-southeastern outskirts of Freyung next to the Ilz Valley Railway . From there it flows past Grillaberg , a district of Freyung, in a south-south-east direction largely parallel to the state road St 2132 and changes in its valley between forest peaks to the urban area of Waldkirchen . It swings west of Wotzmannsreut in a south-westerly direction and then flows southeast of Appmannsberg after its 9.1 km long way at 454  m above sea level. NHN from the right into the Osterbach .
