Großweißbach is a village and a cadastral municipality of the market town of Großgöttfritz in the Zwettl district in Lower Austria .

Settlement development

At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there were a total of 88 building areas with 45,806 m² and 25 gardens on 1,670 m² in the cadastral community Großweißbach , in 1989/1990 there were 79 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had grown to 221 and in 2009/2010 there were 124 buildings on 229 building areas.

Land use

The cadastral community is characterized by agriculture. 549 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of 1979/1980 and 543 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was carried out on 528 hectares and 555 hectares were designated as forest areas. At the end of 2018, 509 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 560 hectares. The average soil climate number of Großweißbach is 21.1 (as of 2010).
